Παγκόσμια τουριστική αναγνώριση για το Sentido Mediterranean Village

Thomas Cook extends Greece offering with Olympus Riviera

Thomas Cook has expanded its Greece offering with the Olympus Riviera region and a new SENTIDO hotel.

Cook’s newest Greek destination will launch on May 2 and...

comes after the tour operator launched Mykonos last year and Thassos in 2016.

Olympus Riviera, located on mainland Greece’s eastern coast, will be served by weekly flights from Manchester, Birmingham and Gatwick via Thessaloniki.

Accommodation ranges from smaller hotels in the town of Litchoro to larger hotels with more facilities, including the new four-star SENTIDO Mediterranean Village set on the beachfront in the coastal town of Paralia.

Tailored to adults and small families, Olympus Riviera holidays aim to balance activities with relaxation.

Hotel features include a lagoon-style pool, a luxury spa, five restaurants serving local cuisine and views of Mount Olympus.

The region’s culture is accessible through its traditional villages and historical sites, including the Holy Meteora Monastery - most famously featuring in James Bond flick For Your Eyes Only.

Tony Hopkins, Cook product director, said: “As Greece continues to grow in popularity, we want to ensure we’re offering our customers a breadth of choice when it comes to both destinations and hotels.

“Located just 80km from Mount Olympus, known as the home of the Greek gods in Greek mythology, the area is ideal for nature lovers with its beautiful hiking trails, as well as those who are looking for a more relaxing stay.”

Seven nights half board at SENTIDO Mediterranean Village starts from £449pp, based on two adults sharing with transfers, departing from Manchester on May 2.
